Sorry for the newbie question, but when running a search, how do I get the search terms to be highlighted in the associated HTML pane or in a search results field?

I am still on the wrong side of the learning curve, and when trying to learn a new step or procedure, it can be frustrating to find the desired information inside of a lengthy HTML pane without highlight.

Is there some way to do this?

Is there a way to import bookmarks from Firefox?  Couldn't find anything in the manual.

I see that Firefox provides an HTML export but I don't know if that would help the process.

Right now I'm having to do each bookmark manually which is tedious, to say the least.  I can't even drag the bookmark directly into InfoQube because it doesn't capture the title (comes up "Library" each time).  I also need to capture the date the bookmark was added, which I'm adding manually right now.

Any ideas to shorten the process in any way would be appreciated.

1. In a previous version, the Taskbar popup was closed by clicking on the window top, but not when clicking on the Item link (URI). Currently the popup is closed when clicking on the item link. I preferred the previous behavior.

2. I can't see a snooze button with the dialogue notification. I assume that this is still in the works?

3. When I use the dialogue notification it states "List of active reminders". However, only the current reminder is shown.

If I copy an item as URI, I get something like this:
iq://D%3A\%40P_Data\InfoQube\Viking.SNDB/items/3062

If I put this link in a browser, I get a message to open the link using InfoQubeClipper.exe /select %1

If I then select to open this link, the Browser window switches to IQ which show the item in the appropriate Grid. However, this only works if IQ is maximized in the background. If IQ is minimized to the taskbar, selecting the link does not bring up IQ.

When I use Calendar, the Zoom function doesn't seem to do anything. Is this expected?

When I am using my laptop alone (as opposed to using a large monitor), the short events on my calendar become impossible to read (or the text disappears altogether), so I'm look for a way to be able to read them.

I am running Version 120Pre9, which should have fully functional Reminders, but mine aren't appearing anywhere.

For example, in the Calendar for May 5, I entered a Calendar item to "Pay credit card bills," with Reminders set 1w before and 1w after, but the reminders don't appear either inside IQ or in the program tray:

Is it ok to use dashed grid names (eg All-Links) or should I convert them to Camel Case (AllLinks).

Pierre made a post a number of years ago advising against spaces in grid names because it could cause problems like losing field assignments (which is what I'm currently experiencing).

Can dashes cause problems like spaces or is this a non-issue?

I'm using the dashes because I find the grid tabs easier to read that way.

My grid colors got messed up with the 120pre7 update. I recreated the Grid colors with alternating colors (item lines yellow/gray) but I can't recall if the Tag pane also had alternating colors (like the Properties pane)? It is currently solid yellow. Any way to change it?

I can't find anything about how to "register the IQ:// protocol"?
(I may need it to get the Alarm hyperlinks to work).
 

I have various apps that store data in XML or JSON format.  It also seems that XML or JSON files can be used as ODBC data sources.  Can the data from such files be brought into IQ through the "synchronization with remote databases" procedure described in http://infoqubeim.com/drupal5/node/140 ??
