I see that syncing with Google Keep is already on the roadmap.  I've played around with it a bit but really haven't used it much.  But I thought this brief article had some interesting ideas about how to use Keep.  Particularly the use of "collaborative notes" - sounds good for a "honey do" list.

Indeed. Collaborate does support live-updates too (à la Google Doc). If only it was easy to sync with it, like other Google services, but it isn't...

Archive is another feature that we all love from GMail and using it in Keep is wise. Few IM have it. I've always wanted to add it to IQ, as a quick way to hide items. Sure we can program any Y/N field to do it, we can use the built-in Mark as Done feature, but it isn't exactly the same and as easy as "Archive"

Indeed! I emulate this by using an Autohotkey command as my default 'done' command in IQ. It marks items done and then also removes them from the current grid. Usually, I don't see much value in keeping done items around in their original context. If you have to manage large projects in a professional context, it might be a different story, of course.
